​Amanda is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a comprehensive background in mental health and a commitment to individualized care, she integrates various therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.
Amanda’s therapeutic style is client-centered and collaborative. She believes in empowering clients by involving them actively in the therapeutic process, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. By blending different therapeutic techniques, Amanda helps clients develop coping strategies, gain insight into their behaviors, and make meaningful changes in their lives. She holds certificates in Trauma Care, Attachment Play Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy.
When not working with clients, Amanda enjoys playing games with her children, reading, and being in the sun which helps her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and strives to make mental health services accessible to all members of the community.
