At Onyx, we are a private pay facility and do not accept insurance directly. However, we understand the importance of utilizing insurance benefits. We offer super bills for clients to submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. To simplify this process, we have partnered with Mentaya, a company that submits super bills on your behalf and works with your insurance provider to get the highest reimbursement possible for a 5% fee. This partnership aims to simplify the reimbursement process and maximize your insurance benefits, allowing you to focus on the exceptional care and services we provide at Onyx.

At Onyx, we want to ensure you find the perfect therapist to meet your needs. All our therapists offer free 15-20 minute virtual consultations to determine if you and the therapist are a good fit. Once the consultation is complete and both you and the therapist agree to move forward, you can schedule your initial session.
