What do you do when you feel you have processed through your trauma and ready to move forward? At a certain point, after so much trauma processing, you will want to shift your attention away from your trauma; to establish an identity outside of it.

 

Post Traumatic Growth is when you are ready to implement what you learned in trauma therapy in real life. Trauma work is never really finished, and this work will allow further healing and growth while focusing forward rather than backwards.

Post Traumatic Growth focuses on identifying goals for the future based off of the progress made in trauma processing. This allows you to manifest the life you want and implement new healthy patterns.
