Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) supervised by Britney Eglinton. She works with adolescents and adults navigating the effects of complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and identity-related challenges. Jessica is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild self-worth, and heal from experiences that have impacted their sense of safety, trust, and emotional well-being.

Jessica is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and offers both traditional EMDR therapy sessions and EMDR intensives for clients seeking more focused and accelerated healing support. She understands that trauma can deeply affect the nervous system, relationships, self-image, and emotional regulation, and she strives to create a safe, affirming, and compassionate space where clients feel supported throughout the healing process.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Jessica incorporates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, expressive arts therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process painful experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, explore patterns rooted in past experiences, and strengthen their connection to their authentic selves.

Jessica’s work focuses on helping clients understand how trauma and attachment experiences shape thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, clients can explore unhealthy patterns, strengthen boundaries, process grief and loss, manage triggers, and develop greater self-compassion and emotional resilience. She believes healing involves not only processing the past, but also rediscovering identity, creativity, empowerment, and hope for the future.

Jessica provides an inclusive and affirming environment for individuals of all identities and backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and curiosity. She believes meaningful healing happens when clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted—and she is committed to walking alongside clients as they move toward greater authenticity, confidence, and lasting transformation.
