Erica Clarke, MA, LPC-Associate is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who specializes in helping individuals heal from narcissistic abuse, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and grief. She is supervised by Kristi Elliott, MS, LPC-S. With over five years of experience as a social worker supporting children and families through life’s challenges, Erica brings warmth, empathy, and a deep understanding of the impact trauma can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and self-worth.

Erica is passionate about helping clients break free from unhealthy patterns, process painful experiences, and move from survival mode into a more empowered and fulfilling life. She understands that unresolved wounds and traumatic experiences can keep individuals feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, toxic relationships, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and experience meaningful, lasting healing.
Erica is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and heal from negative core beliefs that continue to impact daily life. In addition to traditional therapy sessions, Erica also offers EMDR intensives, providing focused and personalized treatment options designed to fit each client’s unique needs and schedule.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual client. Erica integrates EMDR with evidence-based techniques, mindfulness, and insight-oriented approaches to support emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. She believes clients deserve a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Erica’s style is warm, authentic, and encouraging. She is committed to helping clients gain the tools, insight, and confidence needed to create healthier relationships, heal from past wounds, and build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.

Outside of therapy, Erica enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, gardening, painting, and exploring the outdoors.
