Catherine, MEd, LPC-Associate works with adults navigating the lasting impact of complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, dysfunctional family systems, and grief and loss. She specializes in narcissistic abuse recovery and narcissistic parent recovery, helping clients rebuild self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, process trauma, and reconnect with their sense of identity and emotional safety. Catherine is supervised by Julie Jones, LPC-Supervisor #68944.

Catherine believes therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate, and empowering experience. She creates a supportive space where clients feel safe exploring painful experiences, relationship patterns, emotional wounds, and life transitions without judgment. Her approach is rooted in understanding how trauma impacts the nervous system, relationships, self-worth, and daily functioning.

Drawing from evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, Catherine integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients process trauma, challenge unhelpful beliefs, develop emotional regulation skills, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique experiences and goals, recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all.

Catherine’s therapeutic style is warm, insightful, and grounded in authenticity. She values creating meaningful therapeutic relationships where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey. Whether clients are working through the effects of narcissistic abuse, unresolved trauma, complicated grief, anxiety, or self-esteem challenges, Catherine is passionate about helping individuals move toward healing, clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
